Zillow (Z) is continuing in its push to provide Realtors, real estate agents and brokers with a mutually beneficial relationship.
Days after announcing the addition of 25 new multiple listing services to its Partnership Program, under which MLSs provide listing data directly to Zillow, Zillow announced a new feature for those partners, Zillow Tech Connect: Reports.
With Zillow Tech Connect: Reports, MLSs and brokerages who send their listings directly to Zillow will have access to expanded reporting on their listings, Zillow said in a release.
“Having clear metrics around listing performance is crucial to all our MLS and brokerage partners,” said Greg Schwartz, Zillow Group chief revenue officer.
“We offer a great option to those partners who’ve elected to implement the Zillow Data Dashboard, but Zillow prides itself on being an open platform,” Schwartz continued. “We are happy to offer MLSs and brokers the opportunity to use the reporting solution they are most comfortable with and best fits their needs, which includes solutions like ListTrac and its offerings.”
ListTrac is the first partner to join Zillow Tech Connect: Reports, Zillow said. In addition to its core offerings, ListTrac will now offer agents and brokers the opportunity to see how their listings are performing on Zillow, as well as across the web.
"We originally set out to develop ListTrac to provide the industry with a complete picture of online metrics for real estate listings," said Trent Gardner, CEO of ListTrac. "This picture would not be complete without metrics from the nation's top real estate marketing platform, which makes partnering with Zillow exceptionally exciting."
Zillow Data Dashboard is a new listing management and reporting platform that puts increased control of listings in the hands of MLS members and brokers, Zillow said earlier this year when the Data Dashboard was announced.
Zillow said that it expects to directly connect with a total of 1.6 million for-sale-by-agent listings using the new platform. Over time, Zillow expects all listings published on Zillow to come through the Zillow Data Dashboard, the company said at the time.
Zillow said that Tech Connect: Reports is expected to launch in the coming weeks.
