Fannie Mae is looking to review its real estate options in North Texas as its operations shift to reflect a changing industry with fewer delinquencies, according to an article in the Dallas Business Journal:
"We do expect through this process that our footprint in the Dallas area will get smaller," Fannie Mae spokesman Andrew Wilson told the Dallas Business Journal in an exclusive interview. "We're not sure how much smaller we'll get, but that's what the process is for."
The article explained that the government enterprise’s Dallas-Fort Worth footprint totals more than 400,000 square feet of office space in three office buildings in North Dallas.
