Real estate agents Joyce Rey and Cyd Greer of Coldwell Banker sold late actor and comedian Robin Williams’ estate for $18.1 million in an all cash deal.
Late last year Williams’ Napa Valley vineyard hit the market for $29.5 million. Known as “Villa Sorriso,” or “Villa of Smiles,” the estate sits on 639 acres in Sonoma, California, with around 18 acres of premium vineyards.
Per the LA Times, the 20,000 square feet estate includes five bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a home theater and a 65-foot pool. It also includes more than 100 olive trees, a nine-stall horse barn, riding trails, a spring-fed pond and a four-bedroom caretaker’s house.
Back in the summer of 2014 when news hit main stream the comedian had died, many pondered what would become of his estate.
Williams put the estate on the market in April, listing it for $29.9 million, according to Yahoo Real Estate. Yahoo also reported that Williams attempted to sell the villa in 2012 for $35 million but was unable to secure a buyer.
