Mortgage lender Primary Residential Mortgage Inc, announced the opening of its 14th branch located in Orem, Utah, and named three new executives to fulfill the company's growth plans.
PRMI has nearly 300 other branches located in 49 states across the nation. PRMI plans to continue expanding its presence nationwide with a goal of 15 new branch openings over the next three months.
The new branch will offer a wide variety of mortgage lending services including reverse mortgages, government lending, purchase and refinance as well as commercial and residential.
With the new expansion, Jim Hoggan (pictured left) assumes new role as divisional manager where he will be tasked with producing growth and expansion throughout the state.
Hoggan brings more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience to his new role with PRMI. Prior to joining PRMI, he was the national sales manager with Castle & Cooke Mortgage. He also owned and operated One on One Mortgage and served as president at Ivory Mortgage, instrumental in both cases in elevating the sales platform to enhance client experience through the entirety of the loan process.
Christopher Jensen (pictured right) will be responsible for expansion and also help him with profit and loss, community involvement, and recruiting, as PRMI’s second divisional manager.
Bringing in more than 20 years in the mortgage industry, Jensen served as senior vice president of sales at Castle & Cooke Mortgage where he managed all lending production across the entire nation. He also founded and served as vice president of One on One Mortgage.
Julie Crow will also be joining PRMI and serving as Orem branch manager. Crow (pictured left) brings over 20 years of experience to her role, where she’ll be responsible for local business development and growth in Utah Valley.
Some of her roles will include, day-to-day branch operations and team management and education, relationship management with realtors and title companies, assistance with recruiting as well as helping community members accomplish homeownership.
Before joining PRMI, she served as branch manager for Castle & Cooke Mortgage where she mentored and managed a group of loan officers. She also founded and was president of First National Mortgage.
