Advanced Data offers a verification of employment platform that enables employers to sign and complete a 1005 form electronically through its eDocument Solutions portal. The company enhanced its technology so that eVOEs cannot be submitted unless they are 100% completed.
Advanced Data also features breakthroughs in forms for self-employed borrowers, for whom it automatically populates the form required to complete a mortgage transaction. In addition, its partnership with Ellie Mae Encompass allows users to order VOE, income tax verification form 4506-T, Social Security number verification and verification of deposit through the company’s user interface.
