QuestSoft is a provider of automated compliance review software and specializes in mortgage compliance, including the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, Community Reinvestment Act, fair lending, automated compliance rules and other settlement services to more than 2,200 banks, credit unions and mortgage companies nationwide.
QuestSoft's technology offerings include Compliance EAGLE software, which uses automated rule sets to identify regulatory exceptions and Compliance RELIEF, which combines the company’s best-selling products including HMDA RELIEF and CRA RELIEF, as well as tools for automating other supported regulations including NMLS Call Reporting, Fair Lending, geocoding and electronic mapping, all-in-one platform. QuestSoft also develops and maintains a census-based geocoding product, Instant Geocoder, for address verification.
