MonitorBase uses real time behavioral data to alert its users when anyone in their database – customer, prospect or turndown – is back in the market.
Its system prompts originators to call them, sends originators a credit report, sends the client an email and a letter prompting them to call their originator. It can inform users when those in their database: apply for a loan with a competitor, have improved their credit, listed their home for sale or show pre-shopping behavior. Using the technology, users can set what behaviors they want to monitor, and MonitorBase will automatically send out the emails and letters.
