Hunter leads PennyMac’s production business technology group to deliver solutions in a highly collaborative model based upon the Agile methodology. Her highly engaged approach is founded in a deep understanding of the business – PennyMac’s correspondent, broker direct and consumer direct channels – combined with her ability to speak tech. Highlights of her work include the PennyMac POWER Platform for the broker direct channel, a seamless end-to-end experience for brokers with a self-service delivery platform, enabling exchange of data and information for loan originations with a focus on transparency to the mortgage broker as well as superior loan quality.
