2020 HW Tech100 Mortgage winner: Nationwide Title Clearing

Enables the creation and tracking necessary to complete lien release

PerfectDocs, created by Nationwide Title Clearing, is the first complete web-based solution that provides both NTC and users a “share the work” solution. This solution enables the creation and tracking necessary to complete lien release and assignment documents, review, execute, notarize those documents and send those documents to counties for recordation. PerfectDocs is integrated with MERS, which enables the activation or deactivation of a loan through the system. PerfectDocs is also synced with NTC’s legal document review service for a thorough and efficient process flow.

  • Once signing is completed, the documents are then sent electronically to the counties for recordation.
  • The expected growth the company will see from the release of the PerfectDocs platform is estimated to be a 30% increase in revenue.
  • Three of the top 10 largest mortgage servicers will begin using NTC’s PerfectDocs solution in 2020.
