KB Home (KB) acquired 40 acres of land in Eastvale, Calif., from Stratham Communities.
The company plans to build 207 built-to-order homes at the site, the company said in a press release.
The homebuilder is already one of the most active builders in the Inland Empire area, with more than a dozen communities open for new home sales.
