Houston-based Envoy Mortgage announced that it's correspondent lending division, Envoy CLD, is fully launched and operational.
The lending division is based in Monroe, La., and is led by Dan Hastings, executive vice president, as well as Todd Cheney, senior vice president and chief operating officer.
“Our correspondent lending division gives the company the additional horsepower needed to go to the next level and grow the value of our MSRs as we build the Envoy brand. With loan quality at its current high levels, servicing takes on new importance for a privately held company and drives capital for future growth,” said Hastings.
