Fannie Mae released a selection of solicitation materials “to make it easier for Fannie Mae-approved lenders to reach out to HARP-eligible borrowers.”
The pieces can be customized to include the lender’s logo, contact information and the specific borrower’s loan information.
The materials invite consumers to reach out to the lenders for refinancing options and the opportunity of monthly savings.
The options include: letters, postcards, statement inserts, flyers, door hangers posters, newspaper ads and FAQs.
