Houston-based Envoy Mortgage has named Keith Frachiseur to the newly created post of regional vice president for the Pacific Northwest territory. Frachiseur has been tasked with leading the company’s retail expansion in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

Prior to joining Envoy, Frachiseur served as president of Bellevue, Washington-based mortgage banker Axia Financial. Earlier in his career, Frachiseur as a commissioner of the Washington State Mortgage Brokerage Commission and was president of the Washington Association of Mortgage Bankers.
Frachiseur brings more than 25 years of experience to this new role at Envoy and is experienced in branch growth. As president of Bellevue-based Evergreen Home Loans, he grew the company from three branches to 22 branches in four years.
