Specialized Loan Servicing LLC announced Ronald Rooney as senior vice president of mortgage operations for SLS Specialized Asset Management LLC, a service line that provides asset marketing and disposition services to mortgage lenders, servicers and investors.
According to the company, Rooney will lead SLS in marketing and managing assets and delivering a full range of asset management services, which includes REO property marketing, BPO valuations, and title services.
Previously, Rooney served 20 years in a leadership position at CoreLogic, primarily managing a stand-alone business unit, creating and marketing new product lines, and implementing process improvement, as well as taking on many other responsibilities.
