Faller takes job at Javlin Capital

Hired to originate real estate investment opportunities

Javlin Capital, an Omaha, Nebraska-based investment firm, has hired Cody Faller to originate real estate investment opportunities.

“We are excited to have Cody on board,” said Rob Nadler, Javlin’s managing director of business development. “He offers deep experience across a wide array of real estate asset classes, as well as an impressive network throughout the U.S…which fits in well with Javlin’s long-term growth plans.”

According to Javlin, Faller is primarily tasked with identifying real estate investment opportunities, including mortgage whole loan transactions, hard money, contract for deed, and fix and flip.

“This is a unique opportunity,” said Faller. “The decision to join Javlin Capital was based on its reputation in the market, the integrity of its people, and its impressive operational diligence.”

Faller has more than 15 years of experience as a real estate professional. His experience comes from running his own mortgage loan sale advising business — Faller Financial — and previous work with Conix and CJ Asset Management.
