CoreLogic introduces new cloud-based leasing solution

Leasing Manager streamlines application process, allows property owners to mirror their branding

CoreLogic has introduced Leasing Manager, a new cloud-based, online leasing solution for multifamily homeowners and managers.

According to CoreLogic, the company came up with the solution in response to the need for an online leasing solution that streamlined an applicant’s workflow, provided a better applicant experience and enabled property managers to configure and customize the user interface to mirror their branding.

“Property owners told us that complicated online applications were driving applicants into the leasing office, defeating the purpose of the technology,” said Suzette LeSane, vice president of product management and delivery for CoreLogic.

Leasing Manager enables applicants to search and browse real-time vacancies and pricing, apply for apartment homes, initiate screening requests, make payments, review documents and transition to become new residents.

When an applicant pays application fees and deposits, the data is automatically updated in the property management software ledger and transferred to the property’s account. Property owners can also use a stand-alone version to showcase apartments and current rental pricing.
