ProSys, LLC, an executive consulting company, appointed Michael Harris as a principal and partner.
In his role, Harris will lead operations for the loss mitigation and post-foreclosure compliance outsourcing services.
"The executive team collectively has built a great audit compliance and consulting platform and is perfectly positioned to take their business to the next level of success,” said Harris.
Harris has more than 20 years of experience as a senior executive in the mortgage servicing, government and capital markets industries. Prior to joining ProSys, he was president of Carrington Property Services.
“Bringing on an industry veteran like Michael, who has successfully transitioned several companies into industry leaders, allows us to accelerate our plans to be an even better audit consulting firm,” said William LeRoy, a founding principal of ProSys.
