Outside of the box office, it turns out comedian/actress Amy Schumer is definitely not a train wreck. The comedian just listed her one-bed, one-and-a-half-bath New York City condo for sale — for $2.075 million. Per Trulia:

In the master bath, a claw-foot bathtub is the perfect spot to lounge after a day at work — or a night of stand-up. And Schumer isn’t the only star from Trainwreck to be moving in the real estate market.
LeBron James, a forward for the Cleveland Cavaliers, just bought a $21 million home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, according to Variety. The NBA star got rave reviews for his part in Trainwreck this summer and buying a home near Hollywood certainly suggests more acting is in his future.
