Global DMS’ core platform, eTrac, enables clients to effectively manage the entire valuation process.
Through eTrac, thousands of lenders, AMCs and appraisers are able to compliantly order, track, review, and deliver appraisals every day, while the Global Kinex solution provides seamless integration to the UCDP and can be used by any lender or AMC.
In late 2016, the company launched Global Delivery, a new solution which automates the compliant delivery of hard copy appraisals to borrowers and eliminates the labor intensive and costly manual process.
