Last year, Notarize launched three digital products to improve and actualize the digital mortgage closing process. Notarize for Mortgage digitizes the entire closing process to make it efficient and secure to buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies and realtors.
Notarize for Title Agents enables agents to serve buyers and sellers online and moves the entire closing workflow online, for the first time. The company also launched the Notarize Mortgage API, which eliminates all manual processes to create an online closing. Lenders are able to integrate directly with their LOS or other systems to create fully digital – and automated ¬– online closings.
