Wendover Consulting, Inc., a reverse mortgage industry consulting firm, has announced that Kenneth L. Kanady has joined the firm as Managing Director of Learning and Development.
Previously with Wells Fargo as a member of their Senior Products Group, Ken is credited with creating their original Reverse Loan Officer training program, called "Sales Training Orientation for Reverse Mortgage" (STORM). Ken has personally trained and systemically certified over 2,500 Reverse Wells Fargo Loan Officers in Reverse fundamentals, products, marketing, compliance standards, quoting and application systems, advanced sales skills, and ethics.
In his role with Wendover, Ken will be customizing and delivering highly personalized, skills-based training courses vital in strengthening sales competence and confidence of both, veteran and new Reverse Loan Officers. Additionally, Ken will be assisting Reverse training departments in establishing the critical learning disciplines needed to ensure long term, continuous improvements in sales performance.
Ken is the author of the industry’s premiere textbook on credibility-based engagements with Seniors – Reverse Credibility (Jawbone Publishing, 2006, 2009). He will continue in his current capacity as an original member of NRMLA’s Independent Certification Committee committed to sustaining the industry’s professional standards.
