Morgan Fields came into her role in July 2017, building an innovation team with only two other team members. In her work, Fields has instilled a new culture of transparency, truth and a passion for excellence. It is this culture that has led to her team’s successes.
Fields and her team launched a fully coded front-end version of MyLoanCare Mobile at the 2017 MBA annual convention. When asked about her secret sauce, she credits her dedicated and passionate team. To bring the app to life, Fields rolled out a fully agile project management and development approach.
Fields’ passion for developing people is motivating and has created an environment for many to seek out opportunities within the Innovation Center. Her approach has spread throughout the IT department, providing an incredible cross-team environment. The expansion of her leadership style excites Fields, as it provides empowerment to team members.
She has built a new approach to client engagement, becoming a partner on a strategic level and providing her team the ability to gain key insights into client problem areas. Fields is rapidly moving to automate the servicing industry, which will allow LoanCare to deliver high quality customer service, differentiating technology and industry-changing solutions.
