Felice Kesselring is well-known in mortgage lending circles as a data and analytics expert and product innovator. With numerous product launches and two patents under her belt, Kesselring joined First American in 2014 to assist its Mortgage Solutions group in becoming a data and technology leader. Since then, she plays an integral role in enhancing products across the loan lifecycle with modern cloud-based and mobile technology, data and analytics that have accelerated the competitiveness of First American Mortgage Solutions’ offerings.
In October 2017, First American Mortgage Solutions launched its Digital Gateway. This interactive platform enables mortgage lenders and fintechs to configure their use of data, products and services by levering First American’s APIs.
Through the launch of Digital Gateway, along with the subsequent expansion of APIs, Kesselring’s team streamlined customer integration with data and services across the First American enterprise.
Kesselring draws on her vast mortgage industry experience and her holistic product development approach to design long-term technology strategies that deliver results. Her leadership has allowed the company to bolster quality, efficiency and customer experience from origination through post-closing.
