Perhaps even more compelling than Carroll’s exceptional skills in complex selling, implementation, account management and product management is her guidance-style leadership. Carroll is highly regarded among her junior colleagues and known as a teacher.
Carroll’s insight and 33 years of experience as a settlement agent and title software account executive play a key role in the market’s embrace of Simplifile’s tools.
Carroll began her career as a licensed title examiner at a New Jersey title agency, but later joined TSS Software. She used her title knowledge to boost sales of the company’s flagship software, Title Express, eventually rising to the position of vice president of sales.
Prior to joining Simplifile, Carroll improved customer success and built client relationships at North American Title Insurance Company and First American Professional Real Estate. She is a member of the American Land Title Association and serves on its Ambassador and Membership and Organization committees, and also presents on behalf of ALTA’s Homebuyer Outreach Program.
