Susie Garza, PrimeLending executive vice president and director of joint venture strategy and licensing, has been a major force in expanding PrimeLending’s joint venture line of business, an important channel for expanding the lender’s market share in the growing builder market. Under her leadership, PrimeLending successfully established two new joint ventures in 2017 and one additional joint venture so far in 2018.
Garza led the efforts to leverage the success of Highland HomeLoans to perfect a joint venture model that creates a streamlined approach for homebuilders to offer financing solutions to their customers. One of the key strengths of the refined joint venture model is speed. With nearly 20 years of experience in the joint venture space, she has displayed her unwavering determination and business acumen by rapidly advancing into leadership roles within the mortgage industry.
