When LandSafe and RELS were acquired by CoreLogic within a two-year period, each organization had its own platform and completely different operational processes. Jariwala helped develop a viewpoint and launch an operational overhaul to ensure that both assets were integrated into the CoreLogic business and teams were restructured to increase efficiencies.
Jariwala recognizes that the two biggest pain points within the valuation process are quality and time. She is currently working on designing a data-driven model to expedite the decision-making process for appraisers. This project is a key component to helping CoreLogic develop and scale its end-to-end valuation solutions workflow suite.
She has successfully led multiple cross-functional projects, including the acquisition of eTech, the UK’s leading provider of mobile surveying and workflow management software.
