Particularly, Rawlings ensured that legacy client systems seamlessly interact with newer front-end solutions to deliver hyper personalized borrower and loan officer technologies.
One of Rawlings’ most important accomplishments involved the creation and rollout of Luminate, which is a machine learning-based document processing platform that leverages both structured and unstructured data analysis to identify hundreds of mortgage documents, extract several thousand data fields from these documents and then automate any number of hundreds of human driven manual processes within loan manufacturing.
He also played a vital role in bringing together the technology of the company’s digital mortgage platform, LoanFx, with Black Knight’s Loansphere Empower loan origination system.
