Griffith assists new clients in taking advantage of the numerous customization options available, such as setting up company-specific fields and data templates to make the client’s process more efficient.
Griffith also often plays mediator between the compliance departments at IDS and lenders to ensure information flows smoothly between the two departments and that idsDoc is configured to meet the client’s individual compliance needs.
