Millennials now account for more than 30% of the U.S. population, and are projected to purchase an estimated 10 million homes within the next 10 years. This could mean that more than 20 million first-time homebuyers are destined to flood the housing market. But, while some reports suggest Millennials are heating up their homebuying pursuits, others say they’re slowly easing in. So, what’s really going on with Millennial homebuyers?
