National reverse mortgage subservicer Celink announced this week it is growing its compliance and information technology teams with new hires. The company has hired Debra Taylor as compliance Officer and Becky Cotter to serve as project manager in Celink’s IT department.
As a compliance officer, Taylor will oversee Celink’s state licensing, will manage internal quality controls, and will be responsible for overall compliance with servicing regulations. She brings experience in compliance, project management and operations management, most recently with Bank of America and Nationstar, respectively.
“In hiring Debra, we provide clients and prospective clients comfort in the knowledge that we are dedicating the best and expanded human resources to compliance – a critical function to the services we provide,” said Celink President and Chief Operating Officer Ryan LaRose.
Cotter, as project manager in Celink’s IT department will work toward continued development of the company’s servicing platform, ReverseServ. She brings experience in reverse mortgages and banking, and most recently held a position with Generation Mortgage.
“I am delighted to welcome Becky to our development team,” said Alan Jack, Vice President of Systems Development. “She will help manage an ever-expanding project pipeline with the goal of increasing visibility, velocity, and product quality.”
Celink’s reverse mortgage servicing portfolio includes 240,000 loans with a value approaching $40 billion, according to the company.
