The Collingwood Group named Tom Cronin managing director to head the company’s secondary market activity. The Washington-based advisory firm said Cronin will focus on helping clients recognize business opportunities in the nation’s capital and the housing finance industry. Cronin had been senior managing director at Clayton Holdings Inc.
