Generation Mortgage announced today the addition of former Financial Freedom manager Steve Resch to its wholesale reverse mortgage team. Resch will support Generation’s wholesale arm as an account executive.
Resch brings 30 years of experience including 10 years in the reverse mortgage industry, Wall Street banking analysis and work in other financial services capacities. In the reverse mortgage space, he most recently worked for Financial Freedom Senior Funding as a relationship manager, developing correspondent and broker partnerships in the New England/New York area.

Steve’s record of success and professionalism will be an asset to our ever-expanding wholesale division.”
Generation recently announced the hire of a new chief financial officer, Carl Rojas, after its former CFO was hired by Urban Financial Group.
The company is ranked No. 3 for industry wholesale volume according to the most recent data from Reverse Market Insight, closing 4,767 wholesale loans over the past 12 months. On the retail side, Generation was ranked seventh, with 1,484 loans over the same time period.
