Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) promoted three heavy hitters in its capital markets group to international directors.
Jubeen Vaghefi, based in Miami, serves as managing director and leader of the firm’s multifamily capital markets practice group and also oversees a broad range of investment sales and capital raises in the Southeast United States.
He has more than 18 years of real estate experience, with cumulative volume exceeding $6.5 billion in every major product type around the country.
Faron Thompson, based in Atlanta, leads the debt and equity practice group for the Atlanta capital markets office and is the national practice lead for multifamily agency finance. As a producing manager, he is involved in all facets of origination, underwriting, closing, servicing and asset management. He has a long association with Freddie Mac in the multihousing arena, currently on his fourth term on the Production Advisory Council.
JLL also promoted John Huguenard. With more than 27 years of experience, Huguenard serves as managing director and leader of the firm’s industrial capital markets. He specializes in industrial investment sales for institutional and corporate clients as well as private owners of real estate.
