Carlos P. Salas, is CEO of xChange, the online marketplace for banks and investors to source prime mortgages loans. He is also President of its parent, The Change Company CDFI LLC, a financial services company focused on serving underbanked borrowers and communities. Previously, Mr. Salas served as CEO of COR Clearing, formerly the largest independent securities clearing firm and Chief of Staff of Banc of California. Earlier, he was as an investment banker at DLJ and Credit Suisse First Boston, and an attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. Mr. Salas received a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts from New York University.
