Nancy Tarr is vice president of national escrow operations at First American Title Insurance Company. She is responsible for establishing and encouraging adherence to best practices, as well as implementing educational and training programs for First American’s national network of escrow officers and closers on federal and state regulations, underwriting risk, internal policies and procedures and business initiatives.
