Emile brings close to two decades of real estate industry experience and thought leadership to HousingWire. In 2010, he became a licensed real estate agent in Manhattan, and in 2018, he co-founded The Close with David Waring. He has helped build marketing strategies for New York City icons, including the Chrysler and MetLife Buildings. Emile's insights on real estate sales and marketing have been featured in the New York Times, Realtor Magazine, Fox News, Yahoo, and Apartment Therapy. When he’s not advising agents, teams and brokerages, you can find him exploring the far corners of the world — traveling to six countries in 2022 alone.
