Greg is a graduate of Holy Cross College and received his Masters in 2011. In addition to his educational background Greg has received his Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Greg has an extensive knowledge in mortgage and mortgage related services. Greg has a depth of knowledge in vendor management processes, regulatory compliance, valuation services and the foreclosure legal process. As a consultant Greg has worked in large Wall Street and fortune 500 companies as well as the small entrepreneurial sector of the mortgage business. Greg has become recognized problem solver, relationship builder and operational efficiency expert. Greg has worked in many different project roles including: Loss Mitigation for a Fortune 500 Company where he successfully managed a staff of 100 underwriters to complete the clients backlog of Loss Mitigation loans. Redesigned processes and created efficiency measures to produce a higher level of production with greater and consistent accuracy. Mortgage Origination and Servicing GAP analysis for several Mortgage Lenders where his primary responsibility was to coordinate and help develop a gap analysis for a mortgage and servicing organization to formulate a business plan that would determine the profitability for the organization if it were to in-house all mortgage origination and servicing functions. Built the capacity model and the projections forecast based off of historic data, consumer analysis, and Merger and Acquisition Advisory he has successfully assisted organizations through a merge or acquisition by viewing capital requirements, compliance, finance, market opportunity, revenue opportunity, and COGS of several businesses along with a team of individuals to best assess the projections and success of potential M&A deals for small businesses.
