Jesús Cruz began his career in mortgage origination as a community lending loan consultant. With over 30 years of mortgage industry experience within nationally recognized mortgage organizations, his past accomplishments range from the development of high-impact mortgage teams to successful execution of strategic efforts designed to drive sales performance at a regional, divisional, and national level. Serving as the Vice President of Community Lending for loanDepot, Cruz is responsible for oversight of the diversity business segment, creating awareness for diversity and inclusion across all aspects of the organization. He is focused on bringing the American dream to ethnic minorities and first-time homebuyers across the nation by creating sustainable homeownership.
