Dr. Rachel Bogardus Drew is a Senior Research Analyst in the Public Policy group at Enterprise Community Partners, where she studies housing and neighborhood conditions, affordability trends, and disaster recovery policy. Prior to that she was at Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies, where she managed and co-wrote the annual State of the Nation’s Housing report. Dr. Drew has a PhD in public policy from the McCormack School at the University of Massachusetts-Boston and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dartmouth College.
