Rudrakshi Nair's housing career started when she took a job building a blockchain city in Nevada. Afterward, she co-founded and led Maiden, a multiple award-winning housing finance startup from UCLA, exiting two years later through an acquisition. Currently, she is the Senior Vice President of Marketing at EquiFi, a public benefit corporation creating finance products that provide wealth and liquidity for the bottom 80% of Americans. Nair holds a JD/MBA and a BA in Sociology.
