Shannon Sharpe has been immersed in real estate her entire life, inspired by her grandfather, a builder who sparked her passion for the industry. With nearly 30 years of experience, she is a multi-state licensed broker specializing in residential and commercial sales, property management, and real estate investing. Originally from Ohio, Shannon moved to North Carolina in 2007 in search of sunny days and a warmer climate. She has held leadership roles, including Head of Brokerage for an accredited firm, where she focused on compliance and agent growth. Shannon holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Business Forensics from Franklin University, as well as an MBA in Real Estate from Longwood University.
