Trevor is an experienced coach, author, and entrepreneur who loves to empower real estate professionals through technology. Trevor is the founder of Modern Agent Coaching where he focuses on helping agents develop bespoke lead generation strategies and and provides accountability coaching. After more than five years of experience as a licensed real estate agent, Trevor served as a Success Coach with Coldwell Banker Realty before joining the Zillow Homes team, where he sold more 150 homes in the Denver area. As an advocate for inclusivity, Trevor led initiatives to enhance homeownership within the LGBTQ community while serving as the President of the LGBTQ Real Estate Alliance (Colorado Chapter) in 2021.
