Balto

Balto is a software development company offering a product designed to assist contact center teams with conversions, compliance and ramp time optimization. The company uses artificial intelligence to provide customers with sales guidance, navigation of compliance issues and customer experience management.

Founded in 2017, Balto is based in St. Louis, Missouri. The company takes its name from a famed Siberian Husky who led a team of sled dogs on the final leg of a serum run to Nome, Alaska in which diphtheria antitoxin was transported from Anchorage to Nenana by train, before going on to Nome via dog sled to combat a diphtheria outbreak in 1925.
