Relevate, formerly MMSI, is a technology services and consulting company. It offers a platform to “improve” associations of licensed real estate agents and MLS Organizations’ members and subscriber experience, and the company claims its platform can curate recommendations to both members and staff.

Originally founded in 1985, Relevate is based in Severna Park, Maryland.
