Jason Mitchell: I want agents to win and be successful. I want agents to understand that this market’s tough, but it’s not even close to impossible. It’s a matter of how hard you work.You have to get busy. You have to follow the roadmap of what a marketing plan consists of and staying consistent within your approach every single month.
The problem in real estate is this you get good month, bad month, bad month, good month, good month, bad month, bad month, bad month, good month. What we need to have is good month, good month, good month, great month, good month, great month, good month, good month, good month. Consistency is everything.
