Case-Shiller: U.S. home-price gains were lethargic in July
Sep 24, 2019July 2019 saw an annual increase of 3.2% for home prices nationwide, matching the previous month’s pace, according to the Case-Shiller Home Price Index. Philip Murphy, S&P Dow Jones Indices Director and Global Head of Index Governance, said year-over-year home prices continued to gain in July, but at ever more modest rates.
