Greg Bernstein brings 18 years of industry experience to Opteon. He’s a jack of all trades who has an extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry. This knowledge drove his promotion to Opteon’s senior leadership team as the executive vice president of Business Excellence, where his team focuses on strategy execution, process optimization, new product development and continuous improvement, in which all initiatives are driven by extensive research, data and analytics.
Bernstein is held in high regard by the organization, and is viewed as a knowledgeable, thoughtful leader who leads by example. He is passionate about strategic insight, data, and market research, and propels the company to make decisions driven by data intelligence. With his outcome-focused mindset, Bernstein encourages his team to put themselves in the customer’s shoes to understand how decisions may be received.
One of Bernstein’s most important initiatives to date has been championing an environment built on data intelligence. Under Bernstein’s guidance, his team analyzes existing processes, sharing actionable insight at every level of the business. Furthermore, Bernstein oversaw the rollout of Opteon’s GSE modernization project, which will see appraisers utilizing a new wave of technology to deliver cutting-edge products — many of which will be delivered straight from the field.
Additionally, Bernstein’s creation of the Customer Strategy Committee ensures all business leaders are aligned with one strategic goal to deliver.
