Heather Shick has worn many hats since joining Clear Capital as an entry-level QC reviewer from the financial advising world in 2011. It’s this scrappy, “up for anything” mentality that has led to Shick becoming a pivotal part of the Clear Capital team, with a hand in nearly every facet of the business. Now, as VP of Customer Success, Shick is an embodiment of the Clear Capital mantra: “Wherever it leads, whatever it takes.”
Customer Success is a top priority for Clear Capital, and as VP of Customer Success, Shick has a deep understanding of the relationship between the organization and its customers. This, along with her ability to go against the grain when necessary and never hesitate to raise her hand, has led her to be pulled into Clear Capital’s most important strategy meetings. She is viewed as a trusted advisor, where her insight into Clear Capital’s customers, products, pipeline, people, processes and platforms uniquely positions her with a deep level of understanding of the interconnectivity of the organization. Her eyes are always set on balancing Clear Capital’s core values with customer and market needs, focusing on strategic resource alignment to meet those needs.
Shick, a self-described chameleon, is adaptable, always looking for ways to meet the customer where they want to be met and ensure they are heard and understood.
