During the past year, Gupta successfully led Tavant’s Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts, including the development and deployment of a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) review process that was directly responsible for new product developments, increased client retention levels, and record customer satisfaction scores reported by some of the largest lenders in the market.
