Nicole Clark leads the notary onboarding, success and training teams at Proof, overseeing processes that ensure that Proof notaries are supported throughout their time with Proof. These notaries have facilitated hundreds of thousands of title- and mortgage-related transactions on the Proof platform, supporting Proof’s title and lender customers and ensuring that transactions are completed securely, quickly and seamlessly. Clark’s commitment to the notaries and customers is demonstrated in how she leads in customer service; develops strategic initiatives that grow Proof’s base of notaries and improve its products; and ensures that everyone who interfaces with Proof has an exceptional experience.

Clark ensures that notaries are onboarded efficiently while meeting state compliant requirements. She arms notaries with the tools they need to complete compliant and accurate notarizations for signers who are completing transactions that may be significant life events. She serves as an ambassador to and an advocate for notaries, working with internal teams at Proof by sharing notary insights that help Proof remain a preferred RON vendor.

Clark has been focused this past year on arming notaries with training and platform tools to fight fraud, which has become a serious threat to the integrity of real estate-related transactions. She was also centrally involved in removing obstacles to completing witness requirements for real estate transactions. Notaries on the Proof platform can now call an available witness to their meetings when needed. Clark has also worked to ensure that the Proof notary network allows signers to connect with a notary in as quickly as two seconds.
